gold shaking table working principle/shaking table how to work:
Put the raw materials into the material slot, the rear one is water washing slot.and put some water to make it into slurry of concentration of 20% to 25%, flow to the deck by gravity. because of the rinsing of water and vibration of the deck in the deck riffle. The particle group become loose and layered After the layered, the heavy minerals and the light minerals move in different direction because of the different pressure of flowing water and the friction of the bed surface. because of the strong flowing water,The light minerals moves downward along the transverse of bed surface. This side called tailing side. as tailing threw away. The heavy minerals which located in the bottom of bed layer was influenced by different movement of bed surface, and this part move to the opposite of the drive end, we call it concentrate side as concentrate minerals. Because of the different specific gravity, partilce size, and the directions of moving, the groups of mineral particles spread in Fan-shaped along the diagonal of the . The production discharge along the material slot of deck, the discharge line is so long, so that shaking table can precise get several kinds of different quality minerals.
The best advantage of shaking table is separating precisely, We can get 1 or 2 kinds of middling product,some final concentrate and final tailings, after the first step recovery from raw mineral. we can get high enrichment ratio of concentrate,When processing low grade gold ore,lead zinc ore, tungsten ore and tin ore, the recovery ratio could achieve about 300 times. the feeding size is from 0.022mm to 2mm.
